We appreciated the overall ambiance and lovely view. Easy flow to the space. Lovely linen. Enjoyed the fresh made bread too. Good pressure in the shower. Warm home. Cannot wait to stay again.

Beautifully finished standalone accommodation with lovely extras provided including freshly made homemade bread and  quality breakfast cereals, yoghurt and condiments. Attractive, clean, modern and well appointed.  Lovely rural setting with the lake visible from the deck. Peaceful and attractive location.

Super convenient location to Karapiro Domain for rowing regattas. New and clean so ticks a lot of boxes and overall space was bigger than expecting. Proper functioning kitchen ready to cook in and air conditioning was bliss. Freshly made home baked bread, eggs and necessities in fridge on arrival were all of a high standard and nice welcoming touch.

Enjoyed everything about this place. From the simple life of sitting on the deck enjoying the sun, view , bbq and beer to then being able to turn around and enjoy the luxuries and comforts of home. It’s a black box full of everything you need, and we were able to stay without going out of our way to meet some of the day to day needs i.e. doing the washing, hanging out washing!!!, storage and so on....

Views in all directions, high level finish to the property all round with modern calm feel. Excellent attention to details, quality kitchen, and a thoughtful breakfast selection.  Hosts friendly and accommodating, a shame we only had one night here. Highly recommended by us (family of 3, 10yr daughter).

Beautiful Home - We will be back! Loved everything about the property. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids (one being a new born baby) would love to come back and stay again but for longer . Location is great, views are amazing. Jude was lovely to deal with. Beautiful home, so lovely and clean. Comfortable beds and beautiful linen. The mirror in the bathroom!!!! I need that in my life :-)

Fabulous accommodation in a great location and the freshly baked bread was delicious along with eggs from their own chickens. Hope to come back again.
